ITA: Ho deciso il titolo di questa foto mentre cercavo l'angolo giusto per scattarla... L'albero secco, l'acqua che potrebbe arrivare, il cespuglio verde, la vita o la morte, nel deserto, hanno un confine sottilissimo... ENG : Observing this scene while I was searching the right point of view to take my photo, the idea of "life or death" came to my mind immediately. The arid ground, the shrubs that stubbornly were trying to grasping the few life juices from the earth and the water-promising clouds on the far distance, while a dead tree was standing there, as a warning about the risks of growing too much in the a desert land. This is the hard survival in the extreme lands.

La pioggia, evento rarissimo nella Death Valley, ci ha accompagnato durante tutta la giornata ! Anche i coyote sembravano a disagio per l'insolito avvenimento!

Guardando la profondità degli occhi di questo Sadhu, posso percepire tutto ciò che mi ha stregato dell'India, saggezza, tristezza, vita, morte, ricchezza, povertà, storia, coraggio, tradizione e le persone. L'india è una terra antichissima e strana, difficile da capire e conoscere, ma facilissima da amare. Looking in the deepness of the eyes of this ageless Sadhu, I can perceive everything which has bewitched me of India, wisdom, sadness, life, death, richness, poverty, story, courage, tradition and the people. India is an ancient and strange place, difficult to understand and to know, but easy to love.

L'Eremo di Montesiepi La Rotonda o Eremo di Montesiepi fu costruito subito dopo la morte del Santo sopra l'antica capanna dove San Galgano visse l'ultimo anno della Sua vita. L'Eremo fu consacrato nel 1185 dal vescovo di Volterra Ildebrando Pannocchieschi con l'imprimatur di Papa Lucio III. All'interno dell'Eremo, al centro della Rotonda, c'è la famosa spada di San Galgano infissa da oltre 800 anni nella roccia. The Hermitage of Montesiepi The Rotonda or Hermitage of Montesiepi was built just after the death of the saint over the ancient hut where St. Galgano lived the last year of his life. The Hermitage was consecrated in 1185 by the Bishop of Volterra Ildebrando Pannocchieschi with the imprimatur of Pope Lucius III. Inside the Hermitage, in the center of the Rotunda, there is the famous sword of San Galgano stuck for over 800
