Questa foto e' stata scattata da me qualche mese fa', precisamente il 17 Marzo.Come alcuni avranno sentito a riguardo,il17 Marzo ci fu la famosa tempesta magnetica,un esplosione solare così potente che e' un evento che si verifica o meglio non si verificava da oltre 11 anni..Su dei libri riguardo le luci del nord,e la loro storia,lessi che addirittura ai tempi Romani e dell'Antica Grecia,ci furono queste esplosioni,e addirittura furono allora così potenti che si videro le luci del Nord anche in Italia,grecia e ma anche America centrale ed Asia. L'attività  solare sta perdendo intensità con il tempo, e infatti studio hanno trovato che il Sole sia a meta'  della sua vita.. Un giorno,tra milioni di anni, il Sole finiraà la sua attività..e finirà molto probabilmente anche la vita di tutti! Ma per ora godiamoci questo spettacolo della Natura. Grazie a tutti

Walking a winter night in the highest peaks of the Pollino National Park, in the absence of the moon (22-23 / 02/17). The cold is bitter but the show is intense and fascinating. They are clearly visible from the tops of the two Manfriana; Serra Dolcedorme; Serra Ciavole and Serra Crispo but in the context of what most attracts attention is the glow of Venus that almost obscures the visibility of other nearby stars. you may also notice the Milky Way of the North and the Andromeda Galaxy. The clear sky allows us to see the stars up to the horizon line.

Notturna sulla bellissima e affascinante città di Chicago. Il grattacielo più alto al centro del fotogramma è il John Hancock Center che con i suoi 343.7 metri di altezza e assieme alla Willis Tower (ora Sears Tower, è l'edificio a destra in lontananza con le due antenne verdi e viola) domina lo skyline della città.
