Who I am? A photographer. A photographer is curious. For this innate curiosity, when free from the (harsh) commitments that life imposes for the necessity of bringing together bread and something else, I have always turned with the Reflex to fix environments, colors, characters that impressed my imagination.

One day I found myself in front of a fountain and I began to look at the water bubble and there was a “strange” fact: my attention was attracted to the colors that played around To him and I felt like a voice, coming from the “same” he called me. Then I took the Reflex, mounted the tripod and started shooting. The zampillo was no more inert matter but a living creature that took new and fantastic aspects from time to time. Awesome and … exciting thing.

Photographic technology has made it possible to translate the emotions I have tried in an “objective” way and allowed me to share and convey them. Great is my satisfaction when, in the numerous exhibitions in which I have exposed the best of my shots, I see in the eyes of the visitors the same amazement I felt and try.

My hope (or illusion?) Is that the attitude of curiosity regarding the life and its hidden aspects that distinguishes me and that is the soul of my work can be transfigured in those who look at them.

Ugo Cionfrini, aggiunge il suo secondo nome a Maria al suo alias d'arte Ugo Maria Cionfrini.
Vive a Roma, si è diplomato al Liceo Artistico, a undici anni quando ha iniziato a fotografare con la sua Kodak americana, scattando foto in modo obliquo per creare una prospettiva evocativa e allo stesso tempo abbracciare un'immagine più grande. Nel mezzo, nella scuola sperimentale di De Coubertin a Roma, lavora anche in bianco e nero.

Istruzione e sviluppo professionale:
Dal 2004 - ha iniziato ad entrare nel mercato dell'arte esibendo, per partecipare a tutto il mondo, le sue scoperte inerenti alla natura e anche alla vita di tutti i giorni.
Da ottobre 2005 a maggio 2006 frequenta il corso di fotografia professionale "From the basics to digital" di Nikon Italia presso l'agenzia fotografica VISION Via Lazzaro Spallanzani 11 - 00161 Roma e allo stesso tempo segue il corso Macro del fotografo Riccardo POLINI.
Nel giugno 2007 partecipa a un corso di fotografia della Camargue (Francia) organizzato da Nikon con il fotografo Guido BISSATTINI.

Nel 2008 - ha creato un calendario di natura per i suoi cinquant'anni e nello stesso anno, a ottobre, la DOVE mensile ha pubblicato la sua fotografia per la pubblicità.
Sempre nel 2008 dà la sua fotografia dal titolo "Royal Germano ... in volo", tratto dalla collezione di "Zampilli di ... Vita", per una serata di beneficenza il cui ricavato va all'Anlus PETER PAN Association, l'evento Took place at the Knights of l'Ordine di Malta. (Vedi Messengers, 26 settembre 2008, pagina 49).

Nel 2009 - ha frequentato un corso di quattro mesi presso la SCUOLA ROMANA di FOTOGRAFIA http://www.scuolaromanadifotografia.it/ in Via degli Ausoni, 7 ora trasferito in Via Giosuè Borsi, 18 anni, trasferitosi in Via Pietralata, 157 a Roma
In ottobre la Holy Card: Maria Mater De "O Viverio" Chitima, Mozambico. Una carta distribuita dalla Parrocchia Gran Madre di Dio - Roma e benedetta dal Santo Padre Benedetto XVI il 7 ottobre 2009, durante la festa di B.V. Maria del Rosario.
Nel 2010 ha realizzato il calendario "La Grande Parrocchia Madre di Dio è Missionario" con due fotografie del Santo Padre Benedetto XVI.
Nel 2011 ha realizzato Gemellacào, gemellaggio gemellaggio missionario - Roma Italia - Tete Mozambico.
Nel 2011 ha creato un servizio fotografico per Carla Baldini (Vox Mundi) Magliano in Toscana.
Nel 2011 ha creato un servizio fotografico per il bagno "Il Gabbiano Azzurro" a Marina di Grosseto.
Stile artistico:
"Ugo Maria Cionfrini è meglio conosciuta per il suo lavoro pionieristico nel catturare figure animate all'interno di un secchio d'acqua. È considerato il primo artista a scoprire che nell'acqua una persona può vedere figure di varie forme, come gli animali (ad esempio cobra, elefante, koala, orso, cane, babbuino, rana, ecc.) E le persone (Ballerina). "
